White Gold honey is an unheated, unfiltered, untreated, unprocessed pure raw honey from pristine red clover fields in Northern Canada. It is hand packed, and is not a "whipped" or "spun" honey. It self-solidifies soon after extraction from the hive due to its extremely low moisture content.
